• Flat Rate: £500 per audiobook
• Hourly Rate: £45 per hour

Submission Guidelines & ACX Requirements

To guarantee a smooth editing and mastering process, please ensure your submitted files meet the strict ACX requirements outlined below.

File Structure and Length

• One Chapter Per File: Each audio file must contain only one chapter or section. This is an ACX requirement to ensure listeners can easily navigate between each part of your book.
• Maximum Length: No individual audio file (chapter/section) can exceed 120 minutes in length.

Essential Audio Components

• Opening Credits: Must clearly state the name of the audiobook, the author(s), and the narrator(s). These details must perfectly match your title’s cover art.
• Closing Credits: Must, at an absolute minimum, state "The End."
• Retail Sample: Must be between one and five minutes long. It should start immediately with narration (no music or opening credits) to hook the listener.
• Timestamping Your Audio: Accurate timestamps are required so our audio engineers can easily locate the exact beginning and end of each section during the editing stages. Please ensure your timestamps are named correctly based on your manuscript.
