All sample packs, presets, loops, and digital audio files ("Digital Products") sold on Groove Selective are provided on a Royalty-Free basis.

What this means:

• Permitted Uses: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your own commercial or non-commercial musical productions, beat leasing, film scores, video game soundtracks, and other media. You will not owe us any future royalties or clearing fees for using these sounds in your completed, derivative works.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, re-license, upload, or redistribute the isolated, raw audio files or presets as your own sample pack, sound library, or competitive product. You also cannot claim copyright ownership over the standalone, unmodified sound.

3. Professional Services & Revisions

In addition to digital downloads, Groove Selective offers professional audio services (e.g., mixing, mastering, VIP coaching, audiobook mastering).

• Revision Limit: To ensure efficient workflow and project completion, we offer a maximum of three (3) revisions for any professional service carried out.
• Additional Revisions: Any further revisions requested beyond the initial three will be subject to additional fees, to be quoted and agreed upon before further work begins.

4. Refund Policy

Because of the nature of the products and services we provide, our refund policy is strict and clearly defined:

• No Refunds on Digital Downloads: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any sample packs, presets, or digital files once the purchase is complete and the download link has been provided.
• No Refunds on Professional Services: All payments for professional services are final. Once a project has been booked, work has commenced, or files have been delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We will utilize the included revision process to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Digital Products themselves, are the property of Groove Selective and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, but does not transfer ownership of the original intellectual property to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groove Selective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, digital products, or professional services.
